Additionally, Andy Fles will share practical tips on creating and using housemade biochar. In-person: Meet at the Shady Lane production facility, 9400 E Shady Lane, Suttons Bay, MI 49682 (about 1/4 mile west of the tasting room at the black mailbox). Parking is available on the crush pad beside the winery at the end of the gravel driveway. The presentation will be held under the overhang.
